Precision water-jet machining
High Pressure water (4500 Bar or 65,000 p.s.i.) is pumped through a 0.2 mm diameter hole. This accelerates the water to MACH 2.5.Abrasive garnet sand is then introduced into the stream. Capability – 4 m x 2 m and up to 300 mm thick in Mild Steel and 200 mm in Stainless Steel.No heat input, no distortion and no hard edge crust.
Laser cutting
Laser cutting is a process that involves a commercial laser assigned to follow a CNC pattern to be cut onto material. It provides a high-quality surface finish. Capability – 6.5 meter x 2.5 meter with a thickness of 25 mm
Plasma cutting
Plasma cutting is a process that cuts through electrically conductive materials. Typical materials cut with a plasma torch include steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Plasma cutting offers high speed and precision cuts combined with low costs. Capability – 30 meter x 3 meter with a thickness of 40 mm
Oxy fuel cutting
Oxy fuel cutting is a process that uses fuel gases and oxygen to cut metals. Capability – 20 meter in length and up to 300 mm thickness.
CNC Bending
CNC bending allows for high precision and accuracy of each part bend. Capability – 3 meter width
CNC Rolling
CNC rolling allows for precise rolling of parts. Capability – 3 meter in width x 20 mm thickness
